Payment and Insurance


The Perfect Smile™ uses the Ontario Dental Hygienists' Association (ODHA) Fee Guide to set consumer prices. In most cases, this results in a significant savings to the consumer and aligns directly with the re-imbursement policy of most major insurers. The Guide is available at the ODHA website. Payment is required at the time services are delivered; at the end of the appointment.

For your convenience, we now accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa and Interac (Debit).


If you have dental insurance, you will be re-imbursed by the insurance carrier directly as dental benefits vary according to each individual's policy.

We will support your claim by completing the claim form at the end of each cleaning and submitting it to the insurer on your behalf. Insurance companies accepting claims from independent dental hygienists include Co-operators, Desjardins, Empire Life, Equitable Life, Sun Life, Great West Life, Industrial Alliance, Manulife, Public Service Dental Care Plan, Standard Life, and Veterans Affairs Canada, to name a few.
